Mindfulness Art Exercise is Available Online and In-person
This is a FEEL GOOD, simple, and playful drawing exercise that focuses on bringing you to the present moment, relaxing your mind, body, spirit, and bringing awareness to what you are experiencing by connecting to your 5 senses.
This exercise can be customized specifically for your needs. This is a great activity for individuals, couples, family bonding, team building, in the workplace, in the classroom, workshops, and retreats.
No experience needed and Everyone is Welcome!
What is included?
↠ 1 hour of combined class instruction and hands-on interactive session.
↠ All materials including paper, pen, colours, etc..
What do I need from you?
↠ Wear something that makes you feel good.
↠ Please show up mindfully on time.
When and where is the lesson?
↠ I can accommodate your schedule and the location will be provided depending on the size of the group. My preferred location is at the beach, as the calming effects of the waves and sun combined are enough to make a person leave their stress behind.
